Welcome to Aura Spaces Cleaning. These Terms of Use govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website, booking our services, or interacting with our brand, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

1. Cleaning Services & Booking

All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a service in the event of unforeseen conditions, emergency circumstances, or unsafe working environments.

We provide professional cleaning checklists for standard, deep, and end-of-lease services. Any specific instructions must be communicated prior to the arrival of our team.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. To avoid a cancellation fee, please notice us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled cleaning time. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may incur a late-cancellation fee to compensate our cleaners.

3. Satisfaction & Reclean Guarantee

If you are not 100% satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning service, contact us within 24 hours of the appointment completion. We will return to clean the unsatisfactory areas at no extra cost. This guarantee does not apply if the home has been dirtied post-cleaning.

4. Liability & Safety

Our cleaning crew is fully trained, vetted, and covered by comprehensive public liability insurance. We take extreme care in handling your belongings, but we recommend securing highly valuable, irreplaceable, or fragile items prior to our team's arrival.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state.
